Cyril Yogi is a keeper of ancient yoga traditions, born into a family with deep ancestral roots in the practice. Trained rigorously from a young age by his father in Ashtanga Yoga, he now shares this wisdom worldwide, having taught across 23 countries.

What to Expect in Class

Each session incorporates:

1. Opening prayer

2. Yogic breath control (Pranayama)

3. Energy channel cleansing (Nadi Sweda)

4. A series of 84 yoga positions for strength & immunity

5. Physical alignment techniques

6. Bhastrika & Anulom Vilom Pranayama

7. Advanced breath retention (Kumbhaka), Bandhas, & Mudras

8. Calming Bhramari Pranayama

9. Meditation guidance & Yoga Nidra

10. Closing prayer

All levels— Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced—are welcome.

Prepare for Your Practice

What to Bring

· Water bottle

· Your own yoga mat (studio mats are available)

· Comfortable, unrestrictive activewear

· Avoid tight innerwear that may restrict circulation

Before Class

· Arrive 5 minutes early

· Fast for at least 3 hours before practice

· Bathe beforehand; avoid body creams to enhance energy absorption

· Empty bowels and bladder (natural remedies like grapes/papaya can help if needed)

Health & Wellness

· Aim for 6–8 hours of sleep nightly during the course

· Inform the teacher of any health concerns (including flu) before class begins
